You're not alone. Many women of color face these same challenges, and it's time to take action to overcome them.

Here's what you can expect from the challenge:

  • Daily 30-minute virtual sessions, led by an experienced psychotherapist and facilitator Amanda Fludd who understands the unique challenges that black women face. You will be guided through practical exercises and activities designed to help you connect with your inner self and set powerful intentions each day.
  • Each session includes 5-minute action steps that you can complete using journaling prompts, meditations, and other reflective exercises to help you make meaningful progress toward your goals.
  • Daily space to share, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women who are on this journey with you, sharing insights, reflections, and inspiration to keep you motivated and encouraged.

Amanda Fludd, LCSW-R is an Afro Caribbean Therapist specializing in Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and the Mindset of Black Women in Business. Her goal is to give women the tools they need to cultivate confidence and emotional liberation. When she’s not holding space for women, she’s out running with Black Girls Run, advocating with the LI Association of Black Social Workers, or enjoying her family.
