ABOUT OUR TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS:

This Pandemic has drastically changed the way we work, as employees navigate the ‘new normal’ of working from home or what it means to go to work. The anxiety and uncertainty surrounding the pandemic is likely to exacerbate many mental health issues, even while working from home (and juggling life). It’s a unique challenge, that requires unique interventions.

We believe workplace wellbeing is more essential than ever, and while we do in person trainings and experiences within the NYC area, we have adapted our services for virtual delivery allowing us to reach you, wherever you are.
